Coastal Glam Bathroom Inspiration

Coastal glam is my inspiration for my bathroom, come see my inspiration board!

I love creating inspiration boards. And I love to start with a particularly inspiring piece of art or fabric for all my room designs. This Coastal Glam Bathroom Inspiration was inspired by this beautiful piece of artwork by Michelle Armas. I have been holding onto this beautiful color inspiration for a long while now and am super excited to have found a place to use it.

Coral, shiny gold, and soft seafoam green… Isn’t that  Michelle Arams print  super stunning? One day I hope to own it for myself.

So when Modern Bath asked me to create some inspiration using their vanities as a starting point, I jumped at the challenge. I loved perusing their website and pinning all kinds of ideas and inspiration on my Bathrooms board. No matter your style you could find beautiful decor pieces to suit you at Modern Bath…and they sell everything from vanities and sinks and faucets to bathtubs, toilets, mirrors, lighting and even bathroom accessories. Also I was impressed with how easy to use their website was with everything clearly laid out and easy to find…and the option to chat with a person online if you need help finding what you are looking for.

I have been staging a house lately for sale and have been trying to create a modern yet rustic Coastal Glam feel. I think this coastal bathroom inspiration board suits that look perfectly.

I started with the stunning Avanity Brentwood 25″ Walnut Vanity.  And I love the way it combines a glamorous feel with the rustic beauty of the dark walnut contrasted with the clean modern lines of the sink.

And wouldn’t it look absolutely stunning with this sleek Satin Gold faucet?

A gold faucet.

Then I thought it would look beautiful to contrast the sleek modern lines of the sink and faucet with the nature inspired shape of the Kichler Kayla Rounded Mirror. What a statement piece!

I think that the almost industrial feeling of the Kichler Freeport Wall Sconces play off as a nice contrast to the rest of the vanity vignette, and gives a little bit of a coastal flair….

Now to finish it off with some stunning bathroom accessories in gold…

I would see a crisp roman blind made out of the Spoonflower Ikat fabric I selected, and finishing it off with a coordinating bath mat, shower curtain, and towels.

Well, what do you think of this Coastal Glam Bathroom Inspiration?

Do you like to start your room inspiration with a piece of fabric or artwork?
