Deck the Halls {Our Full Christmas Home Tour}

I have put together a whole home Christmas tour for deck the halls!

Hello everyone!

On Monday and Tuesday when I shared our Christmas living and dining room tours I said that I would be back each day all week with another tour in our home…

Well, life had other plans.

We had a massive wind and rain storm here. It was so windy that our trampoline flew up, right over top of our vehicle, and landed well over 100 feet up the road. And there has been rain. SO. MUCH. RAIN. Like 200+ mm, or 8 inches in 2 days. Flooding meant that some homes have been evacuated and the local highway that I drive to town each day was closed. Traffic had to be redirected along a little old farm road.

Then it was my birthday. And I came down with the worst cold that I have had in a few years.

So, anyhow, sometimes life just gets in the way, doesn’t it? Best laid plans and all that.

But today I am back to wrap it all up and show you the rest of our Christmas home… because I did, literally, deck the halls last weekend so I might as well share it, right?

Plus, I have been super inspired by all the amazing tours being shared over at Jennifer Rizzo’s Holiday Housewalk and I wanted to be part of her amazing yearly link up:

Hope you enjoy…

Come on in!

I used holiday red and blue accents this year on our Christmas porch, to go with the fabulous old cross country skis that I picked up free off someone’s lawn. The chalkboard shares lyrics from one of my all time favourite Christmas carols…

A small wooden bench just outside the front door with holiday pillows and a small Christmas tree.
There are skis leaning up against the side of the house.

A plaid pillow, lantern and plaid throw are on the outdoor bench.

There are ice skates hanging on the front door with a holiday wreath.

As you come directly into our Entry hall, you are greeted by my favourite giant Christmas village… If you are a regular reader you will probably notice quite a change in the entry hall. We got this new little sofa table from my sister and brother in law because they are making some serious décor changes at their place. Doesn’t it fit perfectly into our entry space?

The entryway has a small table filled with a Christmas scene.
Holiday decorated churches and village are on the table.

The table has faux snow on it with the village on the snow.

There is a Peace sign made of wood on the wall.

A vintage truck plus a tool box filled with shiny Christmas ornaments.

A white chair is in the entryway with a tartan throw blanket on it.

White ice skates are hanging on a hook in the entryway.

There is a basket filled with firewood by the door.

From our entry hall you can head into our living room (head over here for the full Christmas living room tour)…

And then the dining room (head over here for the full Christmas dining room tour)….

Or come on and continue down our loooong hallway. I literally ‘decked the halls’ this year by adding garland and sprigs of grand fir all the way along the board and batten in the hallway.

There is a garland on the board and batten wall.

Up close picture of the garland.

A pretty ribbon on the garland.

A wreath is above the board and batten wall.

A picture of the long hallway that is decorated.

Right down to another cute little Christmas vignette at the end of our loooong hallway. Can you spot my Wood Block Faux Christmas Presents?

There is a stand with a planter on top in the corner of the hallway.

A round mirror is on the wall.

A small tree is in the corner of the room.
I added a few little Christmas touches to the boys’ shared bathroom and bedroom this year. Grandma made the boy’s stockings and their quilted advent calendar.

The door is ajar to the bathroom.

There is a large black star on the wall above the toilet in the bathroom.

There is a let it snow picture in the bathroom.

The kids room with a dark blue and stripe theme.

A red and white small table is beside the bed.

On top of a stack of books is a small van that is a toy.

There is a wreath on the wall beside the dresser.

A Christmas advent calendar is on the wall above the desk.

There is a shelf with books and pictures on it.

A small toy car is on the table.

And our Master Bedroom has been warmed up with some Christmas greenery, gold accents, and a new gorgeous rug from Rugs USA (I will be back soon to share more about it!!). The bed has been warmed up with a fuzzy fur cushion and throw, and I love how the whole scheme is tied together perfectly with the new envelope pillows I made for our bed (the print is Iman Sunstone from Online Fabric Store).

A white and turquoise master bedroom.

A large white dresser is in the master bedroom.

There is a stack of presents on the dresser.

Evergreen branches are in vases on the desk beside the mirror.

Gold antlers are above the dresser.

Beautiful cardboard boxes are on the dresser.

There is a blue bird cage filled with ornaments.

Large floral pictures are in the bedroom.

A boxwood wreath is at the head of the bed on the wall.

Evergreen branches are in a pink vase on the peach nightstand.

Find any inspiration? How is your Christmas decorating coming?

Pin it to remember it
