Pantry Makeover: Free Printable Weekly Meal Planner and Shopping List Planner

I am sharing my free printable weekly meal planner to make shopping for groceries easier!

Grocery Shopping.

Meal Planning.

They are as much a never-ending chore as laundry seems to be.

I have to admit that they aren’t my favourite tasks, but when I don’t stay on top of them it feels like the world is closing in on us.

I hate those days when we arrive home and don’t know what we are making for dinner!

Do you ever have those days? When you serve your kid’s cold cereal and sliced cucumbers because there is not much else in the house?

No one needs that kind of extra stress in their lives, am I right? So I’ve come up with a great system that works well for our busy lives and that I think can help you too.

It all centers around these two printables: a free printable weekly meal planner and shopping list planner. And today I’m sharing both with you, as free printables for your own home (in three styles/colours to boot).

The other day I shared our complete Pantry Organization Makeover (as well as my thoughts about why you should even bother with keeping your pantry organized).

I promised in that post that I would be back ASAP with some Free Printable Pantry Organizers for you all- and I’m here today to deliver on that promise.

As part of the pantry makeover, I shared the ways that we also utilize the pantry doors to help us keep organized and on top of meal planning and grocery shopping.

I love this weekly meal planning printable – it has space to plan your dinners for the whole week as well as jot down ideas for breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. I love to plan out my week on this and as I do so, I make my grocery list on the other printable sheet. That way I don’t forget to buy anything I need for the week at the store.

I like this sheet hanging on the pantry door as well so thatI can note down things we are out of during the week – that way I won’t forget to pick them up next time I am at the store.

And since I find this such an easy system to keep up with, I wanted to share these Free Printable Pantry organizers with you today!

I have the printable Weekly Meal Planner and printable Shopping List in three styles: with a watercolour background, in aqua and white, or in black and white. Please note – your printer may not print the watercolour design all the way to the very edges of the paper. If this is the case, it may print out with a white border around the edge of it.

  1. Thank you for the printables!!! I can’t wait to use them… Could you tell me what the cursive font is on these? I’m in love with it!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

    1. Hello Tamra! I made them using Picmonkey and the font is called “coffeebreak”. I hope that helps!

  2. I printed both the meal planner and shopping list and it didn’t print as a full page. I wasn’t sure if this was how it was suppose to print or now…. The ones in the blog on the clipboard look almost a full page. I’m not sure what I did wrong.

    1. Hi Jackie! Thanks for pointing that out- I left out an explanation that most printers will print these with a white border due to the fact that printers can not generally print right to the edge of paper. You can trim off the white, or if you prefer, just print it in the aqua or black and white version and the borders flow naturally. I hope that helps? Thanks!

  3. I like these, I have a shopping list on my fridge and I make notes on it during the week then on Thursday night I write my shopping list, first I go through the catalogues and write specials down I need to stretch the housekeeping money
