I just got back from a month of summer fun. Traveling. Camping. Setting up and taking down the tent. Building campfires. With my own two bare hands. Not to mention lots of time on sandy beaches. And, unbelievably, my fingernails have never looked better. Do you remember a few weeks ago when I shared with you the Trind line of nail care products that I was recently introduced to? I totally am convinced that the ingredients they use in their products have not only strengthened my nails but have helped them grow more quickly then usual. I have been using the Keratin Kit and I love it. It enhances the color of your nail bed while making the white tips brighter- so you look like you have a French manicure without all the hassle (i.e. without the excessive time or money you need to invest in getting regular French manicures). Y’all know that I love color… and if you love a little color for your nails (or toe nails) then Trind definitely has a color for you….

But most of the time I prefer an ‘au natural’ look for my nails. Okay, maybe the truth is that with all my projects (from painting furniture to scrubbing toilets to washing dishes) it is pretty tough to keep up with colored nail polish. But I also can’t stand it when I look down at my hands and they resemble the haggard paws of a 90 year old pirate wench. So I love that Trind has some awesome products to help strengthen my nails and help them stand up to the constant abuse that I put my hands through.
