Anyone who knows me well knows that my absolutely favourite cuisine is Mexican-inspired. Any kind of peppers, beans, corn, rice, chicken or fish finished off with salsa, cheese, sour cream, cilantro and lime? Dinner of my dreams!
And now that I’m following the new Weight Watchers Freestyle Program (new in 2018), I’m looking for ways to incorporate my favourite style of cooking into my new healthy eating plan. With Freestyle having many new zero points foods, such as beans, chicken breast, fish, and fat free yogurt; Mexican style recipes lend themselves perfectly to being adapted to Weight Watchers points. And we all know that the best way to find success on a healthy eating program is to plan ahead.
