I am a little sad.
It is almost time for my kiddos to go back to school. Well, one goes to school. My big guy is starting Grade 2. And our little guy still has one more year of preschool.
Which means it is also almost time for me to go back to work {at least hopefully I will be going back, we still have an on-going teacher’s strike here in BC. Ah!!}
Even though I always love starting a brand new school year off with a new class of students, I am also sad to see the summer come to an end. It is my favourite time of the year; full of sunny relaxed days and lots of playtime.
We have had a wonderful summer!
Bedtime alone will be a big transition {for all of us!}.
I haven’t even started my back-to-school shopping. No school supplies have been bought. No new school clothes yet.
I guess I better get on that! {I have been more then a little distracted planning for our kitchen renovation that is about to begin}.

Great Prices, Great Selection
Target is reasonably priced, the staff is helpful and cheerful, the stores are immaculate, and the products are stylish. I’d really love the gift certificate because my sofa (of 30 years) just popped two springs through the cushion (very cartoon like) and I must finally get a replacement.
