I also grabbed some hollow plastic Easter eggs while I was at Walmart. Duck tape in various colors and pattens from Walmart. The supplies I used to make these: – Duck Tape from Walmart (look for it in the hardware/paint section as well as in the Crafts section of your local Walmart) – Plastic Easter Eggs (hollow) – Scissors Multi colored Easter eggs that are plastic. As I said, it was a super easy DIY project. I just cut strips and pieces of Duck Tape in different widths… Using the duck tape to tape the plastic eggs. And gently adhered them to the plastic eggs by pushing down and smoothing out the inevitable wrinkles as best I could… Putting the tape on the Easter eggs. I used really patterned Duck Tape designs so that the design blends in with itself as you add and layer the different pieces of Duck Tape. The green and black duck tape on the plastic Easter egg. It is amazing how the wrinkles and bubbles start to disappear and blend in as you layer the different pieces of Duck Tape. They turned out to be so adorable, don’t you think? All the taped up Easter eggs in a basket on the table. I’m pretty thrilled with them!! (And I have to confess that I also used the turquoise Duck Tape to repair my eyeglasses… ya, I’m pretty stylish). There is a large blue and white bow on the basket filled with the eggs.
