One Minute Ribbon Stuffed DIY Christmas Ornaments {& Trim the Tree Hop}
The days leading up to the holidays are usually a crazy-busy time of year for us all.
We have Christmas decorating, baking, parties, and school concerts.
Plus the shopping and crafting and card writing….
So anything for the holidays that is quick, easy, and beautiful is perfect in my books.
Like these one minute (for real!) ribbon stuffed DIY Christmas ornaments…
I love them so much that now I can’t wait to decorate our tree.
Like any one minute craft, these take pretty basic materials. I picked up some clear faux glass (aka “plastic”) ornaments from Walmart… (I found some glass ones at Amazon here)
I also used scissors and an assortment of ribbon and twine that I had on hand (okay, so I might be a bit of a craft supply hoarder).
I am sure you can figure it out from here…remove the ornament top piece, stuff it with your beautiful ribbon or twine, and cap the ornament off. I left my ribbon on the roll as I stuffed the ornament and kept going until I was happy with the overall look of it. Then I cut the ribbon when I ‘knew’ it was time. You’ll just know:)
One minute (or even less).
Done!
For reals.
Aren’t they cute? So pretty and festive and interesting.
Really, if you ever got tired of these or needed the ribbon, you could easily take the whole thing apart by using some tweezers to pull that ribbon right outta there.
Easy, fast, and low commitment. Sounds perfect to me.
I have a couple of other simple DIY Ornament ideas for you too…
