A Simple Fall Vignette {with free printable art}

It’s done.

Fall has overtaken the house.

Even though the sun decided to return this weekend and it almost felt like summer again; there was no turning back.

And you know what?

After all my hesitation to let go of summer and my beachy summer decor, I’m loving the addition of a few warm pops of colour for Fall!

Because even though we’ve had some beautiful sunny days lately, the temperature has definitely dropped.

I love the crisp, fresh feel of sunny fall day; and this simple fall vignette reminds me of that. Picture yellow, coral, and copper leaves set against a bright blue fall sky.

That’s exactly what this vignette reminds me of…

Since we don’t currently have a mantel in our living room I like to pretend the dining room console table is a faux mantel and create my seasonal vignettes on it.

Bonus? It has a bottom shelf so I get to create extra vignettes!

For this vignette I created some printable watercolour art with a few fall sayings; and I will be back tomorrow to share these with you so you can print them out for yourself if you want!

I still love the natural light texture and colour of my driftwood wreath so I decided to carry it over from my summer dining room vignette. I switched out my beachy palm fronds and tropical leaves for some faux fall branches…

This little “happy fall y’all” printable will be shared on the blog tomorrow so you can print your own copy if you like! I love hits of coral and yellow in the fall.

Of course, aqua and turquoise never seem to be very far away around here. I balanced out the aqua, coral, and yellow with lots of white and natural tones.

I shared my DIY Faux Aged Copper Vase fillers the other day as well, and they found the perfect spot amongst all the aqua and copper on the bottom shelf of my console table…

Ironically, I found this adorable whale while on summer holiday in Switzerland! We may live within a half hour of the ocean, but I go to land-locked Europe for my whale decor.
