White Cranberry Raspberry Real Fruit Popsicles

Today I’m sharing some easy, delicious real fruit popsicles made with white cranberry juice and real raspberries.

Juicy.  Thirst quenching.  Bursting with flavour.

There are few summer treats that remind us of childhood quite as strongly as a popsicle does.  I remember my Mom making us the most delicious homemade popsicles every summer in her vintage tupperware style popsicle makers.

My favourite were always the lemonade and the real fruit popsicles; the memory of which is what inspired me to share these delicious, fresh, and tart real fruit popsicles with you today.  Because the smells and tastes of our childhood summers are definitely something we come back to year after year.

  1. Pour enough white cranberry juice into your popsicle mold to cover about 2/3 of the container. Put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

  2. Drop in 3-4 raspberries per popsicle and push in gently with a popsicle stick. Freeze for an additional 20-30 minutes.

  3. Blend the frozen raspberries with the raspberry juice or raspberry lemonade until smooth. Spoon into the popsicle molds to fill to the top.

  4. Press a popsicle stick into each mold. Freeze for an additional 3-4 hours or overnight until firmly frozen before serving.

These are really easy to make and so tart and delicious!  I love adding a few frozen red raspberries into the white cranberry juice layer to make them pretty as well as fun to eat.  The bottom blended raspberry layer is so delicious and refreshing.  I know you (and your kids) will love them!
