Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen raspberries
  • 3 cups rose wine (or pink lemonade)
  • 4 oz raspberry vodka (optional)
  • 2 lemons the juice of
  • 3 cans lemon/lime soda water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix 1.25 cups of frozen raspberries with the rose wine, vodka (optional), the juice of 1 large lemon, and 2-3 cans of lemon lime soda water.

  2. Let the blended sangria settle for a minute and then skim any froth and/or pulp off the top of the mixture.

  3. Fill 6-8 cups with ice and pour the blended sangria over ice, adding frozen raspberries and lemon slices to garnish.

  4. To make a kid-friendly and/or non-alcoholic version of this, omit the vodka and substitute pink lemonade for the rose wine.

  5. Using the vodka will create a drier flavour, as will using a less-sweet rose wine as your base.
