A delicious and refreshing slushy recipe using real fruit and white wine or make the non-alcoholic version of these blackberry mango slushies.
Blend the frozen blackberries with 1-1.5 cups of white wine until smooth and of a slushy consistency. Pour into the bottom of 4 glasses
After rinsing the blender, add the frozen mango chunks to it and blend with another 1-1.5 cups of white wine until smooth and of a slushy consistency. Pour into the 4 glasses on top of the blackberry mixture, pooling it slightly on the top.
For a virgin version, substitute white cranberry juice for the white wine.
For a slightly stronger alcoholic version, add 2 ounces of vodka while blending.
