Raspberry Lemon Quench Rose Sangria

Course Drinks
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 2

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 oz raspberry vodka
  • 4-6 oz rose wine
  • 1/2 can lemon soda water
  • 1/2 lemon

  1. In a blender, mix most of the 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries with the rose wine, vodka (optional), the juice of 1/4 large lemon, and 1/2 a can of lemon lime soda water. Reserve some of the raspberries and 1/2 the lemon to slice.

  2. Let the blended sangria settle for a minute and then skim any froth and/or pulp off the top of the mixture.

  3. Fill 1 cup with ice and pour the blended sangria over ice, adding the reserved frozen raspberries and lemon slices to garnish.

  4. To make a kid-friendly and/or non-alcoholic version of this, omit the vodka and substitute pink lemonade for the rose wine.

  5. Using the vodka will create a drier flavour, as will using a less-sweet rose wine as your base.
