A delicious and refreshing summer drink recipe.
Make raspberry lemonade ice cubes a few hours to a day before making these by freezing raspberry lemonade (store bought) in an ice cube tray
Add the lemonade ice cubes, frozen raspberry, vodka, and liquid lemonade to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water and/or more lemonade (depending on the desired sweetness) to liquify the mixture to slushy form. Add additional vodka as needed, depending on how much additional liquid you add.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnishing with a wedge of fresh lemon.
If you have not pre-made lemonade ice cubes, you can substitute regular ice cubes and use more liquid lemonade for the flavour (versus regular water).
