Get Your DIY On Challenge: Setting the Table for the Holidays
I am sharing my tips for setting your table for the holidays!
Thanks to everyone who came to share a holiday sign last week – it was so fun to see the different interpretations of this project. I always love all the variety and creativity I see shared here each week.
This week I can’t wait to see everyone’s holiday table setting ideas- so whether you have a full tablescape to share for Thanksgiving or Christmas, or just a project of craft that you plan to use to dress up your table- please share away! We love the variety around each week’s theme.
Here are the ones that I narrowed down to feature this week:
Features!
Thanksgiving String Art by Corey at tinysidekick
DIY Faux Leather Give Thanks Sign by Amber at Averie Lane

If you weren’t featured here – head over to my cohost’s blogs to see if you have been featured – we all choose different ones each week.
Now let’s move on to this week’s theme-Setting the Table/Holiday Tablescapes!!!
Many of us were a little more apprehensive about this challenge- none of us have really done many (or any) formal tablescapes before – not like the stunning ones that you see around the blogosphere come the holidays. But I think my cohosts did a fantastic job- don’t you? I definitely wouldn’t turn down a holiday dinner invitation at any of their houses!
Visit their blogs to see more details:
Children’s Thanksgiving Table Setting by April at House by Hoff
Rustic Elegance Christmas Tablescape by Abby at Just a Girl and Her Blog
Fun Thanksgiving Place Card Ideas by Christy at Confessions of a Serial Do-it-Yourselfer
Elegant White and Gold Table Setting by Mandy at The Hankful House
Here is a sneak peek at the rest of the themes for each week of the challenge. I can hardly believe there are only 4 weeks left until the Fall Challenge is over 🙁
Next week the focus is Holiday Wreaths and Door Décor!
Just a couple of quick tidbits before we get started.
Please:
* Stick around, meet other bloggers, and leave some blog love
* Remember: Each week is a theme, let’s only link up each week’s scheduled themes
* Be inspired!
Don’t forget to link back- here is the button to grab!

Now lets get this party started!!
Thanks for featuring my String Art Krista and thanks for the Party! I’m loving the themes!
I love your fun string art project Corey… I am inspired to give it a go myself one day, it is so pretty.
Thanks for the feature!

Your welcome Amber!
Hi Krista,
I want to submit a Thanksgiving tablescape and when I paste the code in my sidebar it’s the one for “I’ve been featured”. I’ve copied the Fall Challenge button several times and no luck.
Hi Sandra! I will check that – it must be a mistake on my part – sorry. Just link it now and you can always add the button after I fix it or you can use a text link instead. Sorry!
Thanks so much for the party girls! Have a wonderful week!
Jenna
Thanks for coming to share your lovely projects Jenna!
