Hello All! I love a warm cozy cuppa tea. Nothing quite like it to relax and refresh at the same time.
You know what else I love? Being inspired. And every week I find a whole lot of new inspiration out there amongst all the talented bloggers that I follow and meet through link-ups.
Now that school is back in, the weeks are so busy and it is hard to find the time to explore all those fabulous inspiring projects as thoroughly as one would like.
So I am starting to pin all of my ‘favourite’ ideas (ones that are my cup of tea)… onto my Pinterest Board “A Weekend Cuppa Tea”.
Then I can go back and explore them a little further on the weekend… and I can share them with all of you as well!
This week I must have had fall on my mind… and there was plenty of amazing fall inspiration out there to be had. Time to sit back and enjoy this week’s brew.
Have you ever seen a more perfect fall mantel?!?! How warm and cozy and stunning is this! Check out more of Courtney’s fabulous fall home decor at Golden Boys and Me
Isn’t this DIY Harvest Sign by Chelsea at Making Home Base awesome – the gold touches are so warm and pretty! Her whole vignette is gorgeous!
I LOVE these funky cool “industrial” pumpkins by Mindi at My Love 2 Create… who could have imagined pumpkins like these! She always comes up with the funkiest hand built stuff.
This Ribbon Spool Pumpkin that Cristina at Remodelando la Casa created is so adorable… I am already thinking about similar materials I might be able to use to create something similar.
These stunning Mod Podge Pumpkins by Bonnie at Uncommon Designs have me seriously in thought too… all about what else I could Mod Podge onto a pumpkin!! What would you do??
And even though I am not a neutral ‘gal I love this Fall Mantel by Rachel at Maison de Pax – I love the whole vignette with the book page pumpkins… such great texture!
Aren’t these book page and burlap pumpkins by Lauren at The Thinking Closet so fun! I think I might DIY some of these this weekend!
And if all this reading and DIYing makes you hungry, how about a delicious fall meal of soup or stew… check out this superb collection by Sharon at Lilikoi Joy.
And maybe follow that up with a fabulous looking Maple Glazed Apple Tart – courtesy of Mary at At Home on the Bay. Yum, I am feeling hungry just looking at it… I bet it would taste amazing with a good ol’ cuppa tea too.
What have you seen this week that majorly peaked your interest? Anything I should check out that I might have missed?
Thanks for reading. And remember my housie friends, HOME isn’t built in a day. Enjoy the journey.
